During ComicsPRO conference, DC revealed its Summer event, Knight Terrors, written by Joshua Williamson (Superman) and illustrated by Howard Porter (The Flash) and Guillem March (The Joker).
In Knight Terrors, Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman discover the body of one of their first foes at the Hall of Justice. Their inquiry leads them beyond the land of the living and into the realm of dreams. The only way to rescue the world is to enlist the assistance of an unexpected hero named Deadman.
Joshua Williamson says during the conference, “I love horror comics, and it’s been a blast bringing the energy to Dawn of DC. Knight Terrors showcases the horror side of our heroes as a brand-new villain confronts them with their worst nightmares.”
The horror-themed event will take over the DC publishing line in July and August, with numerous two-issue miniseries from yet-to-be-announced superstar creative teams.
