For Season 3 of Hulu’s Only Murders In The Building, Ashley Park (Emily In Paris) has joined the ensemble in a recurring role. She will portray the Broadway newcomer Kimber.
Together with Selena Gomez, Martin Short, Steve Martin, and the recently revealed cast of Meryl Streep, Paul Rudd, and Jesse Williams for Season 3, Park joins the cast of the series.
The show’s co-creators and writers, Martin and John Hoffman, are also its executive producers, along with Short, Gomez, Dan Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal, and This Is Us creators.
Emily in Paris on Netflix stars Broadway Award nominated Ashley Park as Mindy alongside Lily Collins. For her portrayal, Park earned a Critics’ Choice Nomination for “Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series,” making history as the first Asian American Actress to do so.
Park is most known for creating the character of Gretchen Wieners in Tina Fey’s Mean Girls, which was performed on Broadway. She received positive reviews for her performance as Mwe in KPOP during the same season, earning her the Lucille Lortel Award for “Lead Actress in a Musical” among other honours.
