Paramount Global’s advertising-supported streaming service, Pluto TV, is set to make its mark in Australia with the launch of over 50 free advertising-supported streaming television (FAST) channels.
The channels will be available on the Paramount Australia & New Zealand digital platform 10 Play, starting from August 31, according to the entertainment conglomerate.
Promising a “premium curated experience,” Pluto TV will offer a diverse selection of channels across various genres, featuring popular shows like South Park, as well as new and exclusive MTV and Nickelodeon channels such as MTV Reality, MTV The Shores, Nick Classics, and Nick Toons. In addition, classic titles like I Love Lucy, Happy Days, and Dynasty will be part of the lineup. More content and channels will be revealed closer to the launch date.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both Pluto TV and 10 Play, which has seen remarkable success in 2023, witnessing a 21% increase in minutes viewed compared to the previous year. The partnership aims to provide Australian viewers with an unparalleled streaming experience, backed by nearly a decade of valuable insights gathered from delivering alternate viewing options.
