As the highly anticipated premiere of Ryan Murphy’s latest star-studded American Horror Story season approaches, FX has treated fans to an exciting sneak peek. In a recently released featurette, the spotlight shines on Kim Kardashian’s character, Siobhan Walsh.
The video opens with Kardashian’s character posing a chilling question: “What’s your greatest fear?” She then candidly shares one of her own fears – spiders. Interestingly, it appears that spiders will play a significant and spine-tingling role in Season 12 of the series, which bears the subtitle Delicate.
Speaking about Kardashian’s acting skills, Zachary Quinto, who made a cameo appearance in American Horror Story: Delicate, had nothing but compliments. Quinto shared his thoughts during an interview with PEOPLE at the Tribeca Film Festival: “I did a cameo on this season of American Horror Story and I got to meet her. She was so lovely and warm.”
Quinto added, “she seemed really in her element. I was really impressed by her spirit and her openness…I don’t think she needs my advice.”
He further shared, “I really look forward to seeing this season because I think she’s gonna do a wonderful job.”
This season of the show, created by showrunner Halley Feiffer, takes inspiration from the classic Rosemary’s Baby with a modern feminist twist. It draws upon elements from Danielle Valentine’s thrilling novel, Delicate Condition, in which the story revolves around a woman who becomes increasingly convinced that an evil force is determined to prevent her from having a successful pregnancy.
The cast of American Horror Story: Delicate includes an ensemble of talented actors, including Emma Roberts, Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne, Matt Czuchry, Billie Lourd, Denis O’Hare, Leslie Grossman, and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez.
