Variety has confirmed the much-anticipated release of the fifth episode of Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV. Scheduled for April 7, 2024, this episode will delve deeper into the conversations with Drake Bell, Giovonnie Samuels, Bryan Hearne, and Tracey Brown, alongside new participants, led by host Soledad O’Brien.
Since its debut, the Investigation Discovery docuseries has stirred significant attention, particularly for its revelations about the toxic culture surrounding popular kids’ shows of the late 1990s and early 2000s, notably those created by Dan Schneider for Nickelodeon.
Although the network initially advertised the series as consisting of four parts, speculation arose when Google and Rotten Tomatoes hinted at a fifth episode titled “Breaking the Silence.”
