Letterkenny Star Clark Backo Joins Cast of ‘Venom 3’

Sony and Marvel’s upcoming blockbuster, Venom 3, have secured a new addition to their star-studded cast with the inclusion of Clark Backo, renowned for her roles in The Changeling and the long-running comedy series Letterkenny.

The eagerly awaited threequel, set to grace theaters on November 8, stars Tom Hardy and includes talents like Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor, with Backo’s character details shrouded in secrecy.

As per Deadline, in her feature directorial debut, Kelly Marcel takes the reins of the antihero movie, leveraging her prior experience in developing the story with Tom Hardy for the first two Venom installments. Backo, recognized for her breakthrough performance in the Apple TV+ limited series The Changeling, showcases her versatility in portraying Emma, a character dealing with emotional struggles. The series earned her an Indie Spirit award nomination for her standout role.
