Heartstopper won four awards at the Children’s & Family Emmy Awards.
Heartstopper is the coming of age rom-com television series on Netflix. The series is the adaptation of the novel written by Alice Oseman.
The story is about the gay schoolboy who falls in love with his classmate. The series revolves around the love story of the teenage boys and girls. The series was well-received by critics, who praised its pace and tone as well as how it portrayed the LGBT community.
The cast includes Kit Connor, Joe Locke, Yasmin Finney, Sebastian Croft, William Goa, Olivia Coleman, Jenny Walsar and many other stars. The series consists of eight episodes and was released on 22 April 2022.
The series won Outstanding Teen Series, Outstanding Writing (Alice Oseman), Outstanding Casting (Daniel Edwards), Kit Connor won Outstanding Lead Performance and Olivia Colman won Outstanding Guest Performance.
