The inclusion of Rome in Season 4 was teased by Collins during Netflix’s Tudum event last June, hinting at Emily’s unexpected Roman holiday.

However, details about the extent of filming in Rome and its integration into the storyline remain undisclosed.

While Netflix declined to comment on the Italy shoot, Season 3 of “Emily in Paris” received acclaim for its queer storyline, love triangle, and gripping cliffhanger, garnering over 117.6 million hours viewed within six days of its release and reaching the Top 10 in 93 countries.

Although Netflix hasn’t announced a specific release date for Season 4, co-CEO Ted Sarandos confirmed during the first-quarter earnings call that it will premiere in the second half of the year.
