Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Premiere Shuts Down The Grove

Los Angeles is gearing up for the wild frenzy that will ensue on Wednesday night as Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated  AMC concert film, The Eras Tour, premieres.

The Grove, a renowned shopping centre in LA, took to their social media platforms to announce that the entire complex will be shut down that evening. This confirmed rumours that the premiere would be held at The Grove’s AMC theatre.

Excitement filled the air as videos posted on social media revealed The Grove’s cobblestone streets adorned with a grand red carpet and step-and-repeat backdrops featuring the vibrant Eras Tour poster. The surrounding streets have been closed off, accompanied by an increased police presence to manage the anticipated crowd.

However, The Original Farmers Market, located adjacent to The Grove, assured their patrons via social media that they will remain open for business on Wednesday. As the premiere draws near, fans eagerly anticipate Swift’s arrival, although details about the event and her inner circle attendees have been kept under wraps.

Starting Friday, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour will be shown in over 8,500 theatres worldwide and exclusively distributed through AMC Theatres. It captures the epic record-breaking performances from Swift’s tour, featuring a staggering 44-song setlist spanning her illustrious career.

The concert film runs for two hours and 45 minutes, slightly shorter than her typically lengthy three-hour-plus shows. With advance ticket sales surging past 100 million dollars globally, The Eras Tour is set to achieve a groundbreaking opening, projecting a total of 150 million to 200 million dollars, with North America contributing 100 million to 125 million dollars and overseas markets bringing in 50 million to 75 million dollars.
