‘Wednesday’ passes another Netflix record

Wednesday has scored the #2 position on Netflix between the top English series Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.

Wednesday, a popular Netflix series, is still moving up the streaming’s all-time list. The series follows Wednesday Addams as she enrolls in the Nevermore Academy, a boarding school. The academy and a neighboring village are being terrorized by a murdering spree, and she deals with her newly discovered psychic abilities.

Earlier it was reported by Comicbook that the series has earned 269 million hours. The series has made a total of 1.022 billion hours of streaming. Wednesday tops the list on #2 and has taken the place of the serial killer series Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. The series is behind Stranger things season 4.

Netflix measures the success of its shows on how well they do during a period called the “First 28 Days.” Given that Wednesday debuted during the week of Thanksgiving and still has one week left on its four-week schedule, and so it might surpass Stranger Things season 4 in popularity.
