Scott Stuber’s Post-Netflix Project: Bruce Springsteen & ‘Nebraska’ Film

Scott Stuber, former head of Netflix Film, is embarking on his first major project post-Netflix era, teaming up with Gotham Group’s Ellen Goldsmith Vein & Eric Robinson for a film about the iconic musician, Bruce Springsteen.

Titled “Deliver Me From Nowhere,” the narrative feature will delve into the making of Springsteen’s seminal album, Nebraska, inspired by Warren Zanes’ book.

Jeremy Allen White, known for his role in “The Bear,” is the leading candidate to portray Springsteen, with talks underway with A24 for production.

Springsteen’s personal struggles, including his battle with depression, heavily influenced the Nebraska album, marking a significant departure from his earlier works like Born To Run and Darkness on the Edge of Town.
