Luther: The Fallen Sun is a crime drama directed by Jamie Payne and written by Neil Cross. The series is about John Luther, a Detective Chief Inspector for the Serious Crime Unit and the brand-new “Serious and Serial” unit. Luther is a committed police officer who occasionally acts violently. Luther has, however, paid a high price for his commitment, as he has never been able to keep himself from becoming engulfed by the gloom of the crimes he deals with.
The tv series with twenty episodes consists of a lot of twists and turns. The series premiered from 2010 to 2019. Now the next part of the series Luther: The Fallen Sun will be released.
The cast in the series includes Elba, Cynthia Erivo, Andy Serkis, and Dermot Crowley, who returns as Martin Schenk.
