Harrison Ford is grateful for the Indiana Jones Legacy.

Harrison Ford said Indiana Jones introduced him to a new audience. He will reprise his legendary role as the daring, swashbuckling archaeologist Indiana Jones in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.

Ford has been super excited about this franchise and says that he is super grateful for the legacy of Indiana Jones.

With Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones, and the Last Crusade, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Ford has portrayed the legendary character three times.

While talking to Entertainment Tonight, the actor says, “I’m very grateful for that. We’re very grateful. And I think that one of the elements that have supported me in this career is that I’ve made some family films that are passed on from generation to generation. It’s kind of introduced me to a new audience.”

Furthermore, Ford shared the impact of Indy on him and said, “I mostly think about the dent it’s made in me. [He’s been] been very, very good to me.”

He also said, “He’s a wonderful character. And the series has been very successful. I’m very grateful for having that opportunity.”

Harrison Ford will also be appearing in the Yellow Stone prequel series 1923 which will be released on December 18, 2023.
