David Schwimmer Takes Lead in ‘Goosebumps’ Anthology Series Season 2

Prepare for more spine-tingling adventures as David Schwimmer steps into the spotlight for the second season of the Disney+ anthology series, Goosebumps.

In this gripping series based on R.L Stine’s bestselling Scholastic books, each season unveils a new tale, setting, and cast. Season 2 promises a thrilling narrative as teenage siblings stumble upon a looming danger, setting off a chain of events that reveal a deep mystery. Their journey leads them into the chilling tale of four teenagers who vanished mysteriously in 1994.

Schwimmer takes on the role of Anthony, a former botany professor and single parent to teenage twins. Amidst managing an aging parent and his summer responsibilities, Anthony finds himself plunged into unforeseen turmoil.


Developed by Nicholas Stoller and Rob Letterman, with Hilary Winston as showrunner, the series boasts an impressive lineup of executive producers including Neal H. Moritz and Scholastic Entertainment’s Iole Lucchese.

Emmy-nominee Schwimmer, renowned for his roles in “Friends” and “The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story,” brings his talent to the forefront once again. His upcoming appearance in the indie film “Little Death,” showcased at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, further cements his versatility as an actor.
