Elon Musk new launched Starship is inspired by The Dictator confirmed by the CEO of Space X himself.

The launch itself is planned for the morning, potentially around 8 am local time in South Texas. While there are indications that November 13 is the earliest possible launch date. However, this launch date hinges on regulatory approvals that are pending.
The FAA’s acting administrator, Polly Trottenberg said,
We’re working well with them and have been in good discussions. Teams are working together and I think we’re optimistic [about issuing a license] sometime next month,”

The flight plan for this test mirrors the one conducted in April, involving a 90-minute flight for the Starship.
