According to The Hollywood Reporter, Executive producer Eiichiro Oda expressed his gratitude to fans in a video announcement, acknowledging the hard work of the production team. He stated, “The adventures of Iñaki and the live-action Straw Hats will continue onward! It’ll still take a while to get the scripts ready, so please be patient.”

Oda teased that the Straw Hats may soon require a great doctor, hinting at exciting developments to come.

Since its premiere on August 31, One Piece has dominated Netflix’s internal Top 10, cementing its popularity among viewers.

The manga, first published in 1997, boasts a global fanbase and has sold over 460 million copies worldwide. It has also inspired an anime series, video games, and a series of successful feature films in Japan.
