Marvel’s beloved trickster god, Loki, is back for a second season, and this time, he’s diving headfirst into the chaotic multiverse. However, according to The Verge, this season isn’t about revisiting old narratives; instead, it explores how characters like Loki and Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) have unknowingly helped each other evolve.
While a malfunctioning TVA HQ threatens existence, the focus of this season shifts towards character development and fresh perspectives. TVA Hunter B-15 (Wunmi Mosaku) and receptionist Casey (Eugene Cordero) take center stage, shedding light on the toll their work has taken on their identities.
A Future Filled With Threats
Loki’s ensemble cast shines in Season 2, with characters like Judge Ravonna Renslayer (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) and AI entity Miss Minutes (Tara Strong) playing conniving roles in the unfolding drama. A new addition, Kang variant Victor Timely (Jonathan Majors), arrives midway through the season, adding a layer of complexity to the story.
