Liv Tyler is set to reprise her role as Betty Ross in the upcoming Marvel film Captain America: New World Order.
Betty Ross is the daughter of Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, who was originally portrayed by the late William Hurt and will now be played by Harrison Ford in the new movie.
Tyler last appeared as Betty Ross in the 2008 film The Incredible Hulk, which starred Edward Norton as Bruce Banner. While Mark Ruffalo has since taken over as the Hulk, several other actors from The Incredible Hulk have returned to the MCU in various roles, including Hurt and Tim Roth, who recently reprised his role as Abomination in She-Hulk.
Tim Blake Nelson is also set to return as the Leader in Captain America: New World Order.
The upcoming fourth installment in the Captain America franchise will revolve around Anthony Mackie’s character Sam Wilson, who took on the mantle of Captain America after the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
