The film, which Sean Durkin is writing and directing, is being co-financed by A24 and Access Industries. Tessa Ross, Juliette Howell, and Angus Lamont from House Productions are co-producing with A24. With the assistance of Access Entertainment and BBC Film, House Productions created the movie.
The movie The Iron Claw, which is based on the true story of the Von Erich family, depicts the rise and collapse of the wrestler family dynasty that had a significant influence on the sport from the 1960s to the present.
