Jonathan Major’s Lawyer Says He’s ‘Completely Innocent’

Jonathan Majors‘ attorney expects assault charges against his client to be dropped soon, stating that Majors is “completely innocent.”

Jonathan Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, has released a statement claiming that Majors is “completely innocent” and is likely the victim of a dispute with a woman he knows, following his arrest for an alleged domestic dispute.

Chaudhry revealed that they are gathering and submitting evidence to the District Attorney, including video footage and witness testimony, and two written statements from the woman retracting the allegations.

The lawyer anticipates that all charges against Majors will be dropped soon. The NYPD responded to a 911 call regarding a domestic dispute at an apartment on West 22nd Street and 8th Avenue on Saturday, where a 33-year-old male, identified as Jonathan Majors, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a 30-year-old female.
