Jessica Biel to Star in Peacock’s ‘The Good Daughter’ Limited Series

Peacock has greenlit The Good Daughter, a gripping psychological thriller limited series featuring Jessica Biel in the lead role and serving as an executive producer alongside Karin Slaughter, the author of “Pieces of Her.”

Based on Slaughter’s bestselling novel, the series follows sisters Charlotte (played by Biel) and Samantha Quinn as they navigate the aftermath of a traumatic event that shattered their lives decades ago. When a new tragedy strikes their small town, Charlotte, now a lawyer, finds herself at the center of the investigation, unraveling dark secrets that challenge her perception of family and identity.

The project, which generated significant buzz at the start of 2024, has found its home at Peacock, securing a series order.
