Jamie Campbell Bower, the star of Netflix series Stranger Things, believes that the upcoming confrontations will only make his horrific character, Vecna more dangerous for the finale..
In a recent interview with NME, the actor couldn’t say what Vecna was up to but visualised that he was infuriated and will be out for blood in Stranger Things Finale, Season 5 in ways no fan has ever imagined. He further add:
“He’s pissed, he’s properly vexed. I don’t think he’s slunk off licking his wounds in misery. He’s rebuilding, and he’s out for blood. It’s like, you’ve really f-cking pushed the buttons now, that classic Jason Voorhees thing, you’ve made a big mistake.”
Lately, one of Stranger Things Season 4’s most notable newcomers was Vecna. Due to a grudge the character had against Eleven, it was finally made clear that they were responsible for the horrible things that happened in Seasons 2 and 3. In the years since that bout, the orderly grew more powerful and more dangerous, with revenge motivating most of his actions in Season 4.
The character’s preparations at the end of the season were only partially successful, causing a number of rifts in the town of Hawkens. Unfortunately, all that probably accomplished was to enrage the adversary.
In August 2022, the Duffer brothers confirmed that they have started writing season 5 which will also take place in Hawkins, echoing the vibe of season 1 but on a much bigger scale. Furthermore, David Harbour hinted that filming is set to begin at some point in 2023 which will be available on Netflix.
