80 for Brady, a forthcoming movie from Paramount Pictures starring seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, and others, will have a wide release on February 3, 2024.
The true account of four closest friends who travel to the 2017 Super Bowl LI to watch their idol Brady play served as the inspiration for the movie 80 for Brady. Rita Moreno, Sally Field, Sara Gilbert, Harry Hamlin, Glynn Turman, Bob Balaban, Ron Funches, and Jimmy O. Yang are also included in the picture’s star-studded cast.
The Climb co-writer and actor Kyle Marvin, who most recently acted in Apple TV+’s WeCrashed, is directing the film from a screenplay by Emily Halpern and Sarah Haskins (Booksmart). Brady and Academy Award winner Donna Gigliotti (Hidden Figures) co-developed the movie with Fifth Season, formerly Endeavor Content (The Lost Daughter, Cha Cha Real Smooth), and Paramount Pictures later acquired the worldwide distribution rights. Brady is producing with Gigliotti and Fifth Season through his production business, 199 Productions, and Marvin and Covino are executive producing under the Watch This Ready brand with Jeff Stott.
