Celebrity Name That Tune is returning to Fox on for its third exciting instalment. Among the first batch of celebrity contestants are the talented Darren Criss from Glee and the iconic Melanie Chisholm, also known as Sporty Spice.
In an exclusive sneak peek of this all-celebrity edition, Criss and Chisholm engage in some friendly banter as they bet on who can identify the upcoming song with the fewest notes. Ultimately, it’s Chisholm who takes on the challenge, attempting to guess the tune in just five notes. However, the song proves to be quite the puzzle for her.
As luck would have it, Criss steps in and takes a shot at it with a more comfortable cushion of 10 notes. Surprisingly, it only takes him those ten notes to recognize the rhythm of Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars.
In this particular episode, the celebrities are not just competing for glory; they’re also playing for a good cause. Darren Criss is putting his musical talents to work to support Planned Parenthood, a well-known nonprofit organization. Meanwhile, Melanie C. has chosen to play on behalf of Support and Feed, a charity dedicated to helping those in need.
